Privacy Policy
Talented Calibers Internship OS collects and processes applicant data so managed internship programs can receive, screen, shortlist, interview, report, and communicate with candidates during a pilot or active program.
Data we collect
We may collect profile details, contact details, education information, city, LinkedIn links, CV uploads, track preferences, skill ratings, challenge answers, availability, consent choices, application status, reviewer notes, screening scores, and related operational records.
How data is used
Data is used for application processing, eligibility review, scoring and screening, shortlisting, interview workflow, reporting, program administration, fraud prevention, security monitoring, and support.
Scoring and screening
Applications may be scored using structured rules. AI-assisted scoring may be enabled only as an optional support tool. Human review remains part of the managed pilot process.
CV uploads and admin access
Uploaded CVs are stored outside the public web directory and are available only through protected admin download routes for authorized Talented Calibers or client administrators.
Talent pool and partner sharing
Applicants are kept in Talented Calibers' future talent pool only when they select that consent option. Profiles are shared with selected partner companies only when the applicant has consented to partner sharing.
Retention and requests
Pilot retention periods may vary by program and client agreement. Applicants may request access, correction, or deletion review by contacting Talented Calibers.
