Terms of Use
These terms apply to use of Talented Calibers Internship OS during managed internship and early-talent pilot programs operated by Talented Calibers and participating companies.
Platform use
The platform is used to publish internship programs, collect applications, support screening, manage candidate status, and prepare operational reports for managed programs.
Application submission
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, interview selection, internship placement, employment, compensation, or future opportunity.
Accuracy of information
Applicants are responsible for submitting accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading submissions may be rejected or removed from consideration.
Pilot and program terms
Each pilot or internship program may include its own eligibility, duration, work model, deadline, selection process, and client-specific requirements.
